General Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your jewelry.
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

The jewelry is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

It must include the original packaging, jewelry box, and proof of purchase (receipt or order number).

You must first contact us at Support@Handiora.com to initiate the return process.

Returns sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected:

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your jewelry for another item, the fastest way is to return the original piece (if eligible) and place a new order once your refund is processed.
International Orders
We proudly ship worldwide. Please note that return eligibility may vary based on your country’s import and export regulations.
If you’re located outside the United States, please email Support@Handiora.com before returning your item to confirm the process and shipping instructions.
EU Customers — Right to Cancel
If you are located within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, as long as the jewelry remains unused, in its original box, and with proof of purchase.
