Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use that number to track your package in real time on the carrier website.

You can also log in to your account and view Order History for the latest status. Guest checkout orders can be tracked using your order number and email address on our Order Status page.

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or freight forwarding addresses. All orders must be shipped to a valid physical street address within our supported regions.

Yes. For the security of your purchase, all Handiora orders require an adult signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to sign at the shipping address.

If a delivery attempt is missed, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions for re-delivery or pickup at a local facility.

Address changes can only be made before your order has been processed for shipment. Please contact our customer care team as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address.

Once an order has shipped, we are unable to redirect packages.
